Our military veterans’ professional experience and credentials will be made available to all the parents/legal guardians of those children enrolled in our Young Heroes Leadership Academy.

Awarded 2016 Veteran of the Year on June 29, 2016 by Assemblyman Adrin Nazarian (District 46) for his work with youth in the community.
After serving in the U.S. Navy for 6 years (working as an Aircraft Firefighter for 5 years and a military police for 1 year), McCrary graduated from the San Bernardino Police Academy. But rather than work as a police officer, he began working with inner city youth, which sparked the need to start the Young Heroes Leadership Academy, emphasizing education, character building and discipline.
